AMBER ALERT - 6 year old Zoe Moss - ABDUCTED DURING "SUPERVISED" VISITATION - Pennsylvania

woman wanted in connection with a Pennsylvania Amber Alert was seen at a York County restaurant and bar Tuesday night.

According to the Chester County District Attorney Deb Ryan, Vanessa Gutshall, 37, was spotted between 7:30 p.m. and 8 p.m. at the Rivertowne Restaurant and Bar in Wrightsville.

Guthsall is the biological mother of Zoe Moss, 6, of Downingtown, Chester County. The child was last seen at East Ward Elementary School around 6 p.m. Tuesday. Moss was there for a non-school-related supervised visit with her mother. The supervisor of the visit told police Gutshall fled with the child.

"It is imperative that we find Zoe Moss immediately because of the potentially dangerous situation she is in with her mother. If anyone has information on her whereabouts or that of Vanessa Gutshall, please contact law enforcement or call 911. Just because her mother is involved does not mean she is in less danger. Zoe needs the eyes and ears of every adult to bring her to safety," Ryan said.

Pennsylvania State Police issued an Amber Alert for Moss on Tuesday night.

Moss is described as a:

White female
3 feet, 6 inches to 4 feet
50 pounds
Light brown hair,
Blue eyes
Gutshall is described as a:

White female
5 feet, 2 inches
100 pounds
Light brown hair
Blue eyes
Wearing blue sweatpants and a blue hoodie.
Gutshall is operating a Gray 2016 Volkswagen Jetta sedan with Pennsylvania registration KXR-3699.

Police believe this child may be at special risk of harm or injury.
