Unjabbed NYC workers don't ALL get their jobs back

The Epoch Times corrected its headline that originally said "Judge Strikes Down NYC Vaccine Mandate FOR ALL CITY WORKERS." It only applied to the 16 petitioners. Here's my video about it. Curious, what did you think happened - does this change your original understanding?
