Forwarding Invoices To Dext Using Outlook Rules/Folders (Bookkeeping Automation Tips)

Dext is an excellent tool to automate bookkeeping.

But getting invoices INTO Dext can prove to be a problem for busy business owners or those who don't love tech/apps as much as bookkeepers do.

In this video, Amy Hooke shows you how to streamline and automate this process in Outlook by:

1. Using filter/folder rules to automatically move emails with Invoice attachments
2. Review Dext Invoices Folder items and forward to Dext manually, which is great for 'catch-up' work or sending past invoices.
3. Edit rule to add forwarding action to forward your invoices to Dext automatically as they arrive in your inbox.
