Russell Kerbow shares his journey of what it was like growing up in a city that he loves and finding his purpose and passion in law enforcement. Eventually, this led him to become the Chief of Police of that city. With 40 years of experience in Law Enforcement behind him, he now shares his insights of the things that he learned in order to encourage and inspire a new generation. His goal is to see young men and women to continue to carry the torch and to follow, uphold and honor the traditions and commitments needed as well as to find new inventive and effective ways to continue to Serve and Protect the citizens of their cities and states.
