The Fatal Frame series is legendary in the survival horror genre. Known for a unique combat system and less usage of gore than it's competitors, it makes for a unique and terrifying take on horror.

While it is true the game has not aged as well as other games in other genres, as Fatal Frame follows the same template as many survival horror games from that time period, it still delivers a sense of horror and dread that is rarely matched. Use a guide and give it a playthrough.

I will give my rating for the game once it is completed based off of my new and simple rating system. The game will get one of five ratings based solely on my experience while playing through it: Horrible (rare rating), Bad, Average, Good, and Great (rare rating).
