Coal vs Buddy Rope Pull

This German Shepard pup followed me home yesterday when I was walking one of our other dogs, we went back to the home whose yard he came from, and the person there said they'd never seen him.
I've posted on FB and elsewhere looking for the owner, but odds are its another abandoned pup in our area. If he's unclaimed, the we will obviously add him to our pack.
