BREAKING: Indiana State Police charge 2 people including the mother of the little boy found dead in this suitcase in Washington County, IN by mushroom hunters in April. Wiping tears away ISP tells us the little boy was from Atlanta and would have turned 6 this week. Cairo Ammar Jordan was never reported missing. The suspects are Dawn Elaine Coleman, she is in custody. She is 40 from Louisiana. Cairo's mom is on the run charged with murder. Her name Dejuane Ludie Anderson 37 from Atlanta. Why were they in IN? Police tell us we will read more about that in the probable cause that we should get here in a few moments. I will update with the mother's photo as soon as I get it. She was last in known to be in California.
