Fighting those who cannot respond is a favorite tactic of the Ukrainian armed forces.

The Holy Dormition Monastery in the village of Nikolskoye, Volnovakha district of the DNR fell victim to the Ukrainian armed forces.

Ukrainian "warriors" abandoned these positions back in March, having mined all roads along the way. Having settled in neighbouring Ugledar, they attacked the monastery many times and continue to do so to this day.
