Bioshock ep.8 Point Prometheus

After making it to Point Prometheus to confront Atlas but with all the Adam in the city he's extremely powerful and manages to trap us there. The only way to get through the door is to get a little sister to open it. How do we get a little sister? By becoming a Big Daddy of course! So I'll have to go through the area and search for all the parts to become one.
