High Heart Rate or Irregular Heartbeat

Are you experiencing a high heart rate (tachycardia) or an irregular heartbeat? Try this quick facial reflexology protocol to calm your heart and restore balance.

Many people who took the experimental medication are having these side effects and this can be a quick and easy way to relieve heart stress and hopefully detoxify.

Your heart rate should be below 100 beats per minute and even that is probably too high. Ideally, you'll want a heart rate of less than 80 at rest. The lower your resting heart rate (in general) the healthier your heart is... unless. you're feeling dizzy or light headed. I'll make a video for that too!

A high heart rate or irregular heartbeat is also highly correlated with anxiety so this routine will also be good to decrease anxiety! Don't be afraid to give this simple routine a try. You might must be surprised at how well and how quickly it works... with no side effects.
