Barnawartha border - check point up again

Hubby just trying to drive from point A to point B - quick video of Victoria's current as 12 pm 11/07/2021 due to be made a hard border at 12 am
the checkpoint is on the Melbourne bound side of the freeway just after the Barnawartha on ramp, unsure if this will remain or one directly on the border will be put up suggest skipping the first minute
