Gotham Knights: Why will they never be able to break free from the shadow of the Arkham games

I wanted to take a minute and take semi-deep dive into the way that Gotham Knights have been graded. Many people feel this does not live up to the standards set by Arkham games, and it doesn't. But should it have to live up to the previous Batman games?
