Federal Judge Issues BIG WIN for the 2nd Amendment | The Chad Prather Show

Federal Judge John Sinatra issued a temporary restraining order against the state of New York, which effectively blocked a law on the state's books that would keep people from packing heat and praising Jesus at the same time. The ironically named “Concealed Carry Improvement Act” not only prohibits but in fact criminalizes the carrying of a firearm in “any place of worship or religious observation."
