Starting Some Blitz Games

I wanted to try playing blitz chess! The reason is kind of odd... I was watching a live stream from @Alex Banzea and he was letting viewers challenge him with an agreed upon opening. I really wanted to do it! But he was playing blitz time control. I still sent a challenge but didn't make it on stream... however I feel like I should get some practice so that I don't humiliate myself in some future stream haha.

There are other reasons as well. I'm hoping that playing blitz will help me get faster at recognizing tactics and calculating. Kind of obvious I guess haha.

So here we go... this is my first time playing blitz on chess.com. I actually played like 2 or 3 blitz games on lichess when I first started playing chess, but quickly switched to rapid.

Anyway let's see how I do!
