Do you know where lemon essential oil comes from? Surprisingly enough it’s not from the leaves of the lemon tree.

Although it does not contain vitamins or minerals Lemon Essential Oil has amazing properties that can benefit our body in great ways.

Lemon oil has often been referred to as sunshine in a bottle.
Essential Oils are fatty based and speak the same language as our cells to help us in a myriad of beautiful ways.

-In many cases, when those oils were tested they find that it didn’t even contain the oil listed on the label. Using a synthetic oil or an oil that isn't what you think it is will probably give you a different experience than you were hoping for.

-Be sure to Use glass or stainless steel
-If you need a stronger flavor like I like you can Add honey & ACV
