And the seat was jasper and sardonyx; and the arch of heaven was around the throne, and it looked like an emerald.
And around the throne were twenty-four thrones; and I saw twenty-four elders sitting on thrones, dressed in white robes; and they had golden crowns on their heads.
And from the throne came lightnings and thunders and voices; and before the throne burned seven lamps of fire, which are the seven spirits of God.
And before the throne was like a sea of ​​glass, like crystal. And in the midst of the throne, and around the throne, four beasts full of eyes, in front and behind.
And the first beast was like a lion, and the second beast was like a calf, and the third beast had the face of a man, and the fourth beast was like a flying eagle.
And these four beasts each had six wings, and they were full of eyes around and within; and they do not rest day or night, saying, Holy, holy, holy is the Lord, the Lord Almighty, which was, and which is, and which is to come.
And when the beasts gave honor and glory and praise to him who sits on the throne, to him who lives forever and ever,
the twenty-four elders fell down before him who sat on the throne and worshiped him who lives forever and ever; and they cast their crowns before the throne, saying:
Thou, Lord, art worthy to receive glory, honor, and power; for you created all things and according to your will they are and were created.
