Filmed in 2015 from a back bedroom in a house her and her family were staying in while "homeless" Rebekah talks about the Sabbath ( Shabbat ) and how Shabbat helps us remember that we are not slaves anymore in Egypt. It helps us remember who our Elohim and is and our relationship to Him. We are to take HIS Shabbat rest (Friday sunset to Saturday sunset) right in the middle of work not done. Shabbat is NOT a reward for work finished, instead it is a sign between us and YHVH that we are in covenant with Him and that we are obeying Him rather than man.
