INTROSPECTION - God = complacency?

"Everything there is that you want is promised to you. But only after you die, in geographically inexistent places. But... after you die you won't be needing anything physical since you can't even make use of them as a spirit." XD
So... was it God that lied to you that you are promised everything, or the ones who created God lied? :D
