Latvian part of "Friendship Mound" demolished at the border of Latvia, Russia and Belarus

Apparently that piece of concrete was blocking the eternal prosperity and happiness of the Latvians.

The monument was dismantled by heavy machinery. In Latvia, the actions have so far been left unexplained.

"The Friendship Burial Mound was erected in 1959 as a symbol of the struggle of Russian, Belarusian and Latvian partisans during the Great Patriotic War."
