Benjamin Dixon reports from Gulfport Mississippi where police shot and killed 15-year-old Jaheim McMillan. Eyewitnesses say Jaheim had his hand up and was complying with the officer's orders when he was killed. Security footage from the store where the shooting took place has been erased.

Can you hear me, yes? I'm here with Emma Vigeland. Thanks so much for joining us. Good morning Emma. Hey Ben. How are you? Thank you guys for having me and helping me get the word out. Thank you so much. I know that you're going to be doing a radio hit in about five minutes or so. So I just hadn't heard about this story. Tell us what it tells us about it. yeah, so what's going on I came over to Gulfport Mississippi after seeing the mother of Jaheim McMillan just wailing and crying on the internet after the police and Gulfport shot her son point-blank range in front of their Family Dollar Store. their corner store that he was known by name. so it wasn't a strange store to him. Police officers pulled into the driveway and he and his friends started running because they had had a previous run-in with this specific cop. Jaheim turned to comply and put his hands up. and this is according to multiple eyewitnesses that I've spoken to myself. He put his hands up. and the police officer shot him anyway. it is so flagrant that the white supporters from Gulfport Mississippi one gentleman we shared a video he had on a Thin Blue Line shirt. so he's Pro police. and he called out the shooting Point Blank. he called him out as the police officer is a cold-blooded murderer. and made it clear that he had his hands up and there was nothing in his hands. One Last Detail Sam was shot in front of the Family Dollar Store and I came to town to try to get that footage. The footage for that day appears to have been deleted. The video footage for the day before October 5th is available. I can see it. The video footage for October 7th is there. it's available. I can see it. but when we searched for October 6 that video footage is no longer there.
