*1 cup pure Epsom Salt
*2 cups Baking Soda (make sure it is aluminum-free)
*5 drops Detoxification blend of essential oils (comment below, & I will share my favorite)

Place 5 drops of oil ONTO the dry Epsom salt.
Pour 1-2 gallons of very warm water into the soaking container.
Then add the baking soda and epsom salt to the water, stir.
Soak feet for 20-40 minutes.
Dry off feet, then moisturize them with lotion or oil.
