How to make this amazing stuffed spaghetti squash on a grill is outlined in the stuffed spaghetti squash recipe below.
-Preheat grill to 425 degrees F. Carefully slice the spaghetti squash in half through the stem. Using a spoon, scrape out the seeds and discard. Lightly drizzle olive oil over the cut-side of the spaghetti squash. Then, lightly sprinkle with 1/2 tsp. sea salt and 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper until evenly coated. Place the squash, cut side up, on the grill. Roast until a fork can easily scrape the spaghetti squash flesh away, approximately 40-45 min. Now, remove from grill and allow to cool. Cook up some ground beef in a skillet with some sliced garlic and spinach and cook down and then add whipping cream and parm cheese and simmer till not runny and add into the squash and cover in mozzarella and place back on grill, garnish with some chopped spinach on top and 10 minutes later pull from the grill and let cool.
