This may be the spiciest fast food item of all time, the Arbys Diablo Dare.
Thinly Sliced roast beef with natural cheddar cheese, fiery seasoning, fire-roasted jalapeños, lettuce, and a Diablo BBQ sauce on a toasted red chipotle bun. Crinkle or Curly fries topped with fiery hot seasoning, fire-roasted jalapeños, cheddar cheese sauce, and a Diablo BBQ sauce.
