When starting an exercise programme whether you are young or old - go slow. It isn't a race. Start with one exercise at a time. In the last video I demonstrated how to do vertical pushups. In this video we see how to do sit-ups from a sitting position. Again, start small. Try 3 to 5 for your 1st week and then add one more the following week.
