Alleged Pelosi attacker scheduled for arraignment Tuesday

The 42-year-old man who is accused of attacking Paul Pelosi, the husband of house speaker Nancy Pelosi, is expected to be arraigned on state charges Tuesday. David DePape is facing federal charges, including attempted kidnapping of a US official, according to the US attorney's office for the northern district of California.
