No Bake S’Mores Tart Cake

🍰Sponge 🍰
•5 eggs
•3/4 cups granulated sugar
•1 cup all purpose flour
•1/2 tsp baking powder
•1 tsp almond extract

1. Beat eggs and sugar together until eggs are pale in color, doubled in volume, and have become thicker in texture.
2. Add almond extract and beat until combined.
3. Sift in flour and baking powder. Fold in carefully using a spatula. Be careful not to over mix because that will cause the eggs to deflate.
4. Bake in a 9x13 baking pan at 350°F for about 20-25 minutes.

🥥Coconut Center🥥

• 2 packages Jello Coconut Cream Instant pudding
•2 cups whole milk
•1 cup coconut flakes
•1 1/4 cup heavy cream

1. Whisk pudding and milk together until smooth. Set aside.
2. Beat heavy cream using an electric mixer until stiff peaks from.
3. Fold together whipped cream, coconut pudding, and coconut flakes.

🧁Whipped Cream Layer🧁

•1 cup heavy cream
•1 tbsp granulated sugar
•1 tsp almond extract

1. Beat together heavy cream and sugar until stiff peaks from. Add almond extract and mix until combined.

To assemble, once the sponge cacke has cooled, layer with coconut cream, allmond whipped cream, and finish off with sliced almonds.

Refrigerate for 3 hours and serve cold. Enjoy!
