The 2022 NFL trade deadline has come to a close and the New York Giants opted not to make any additional trades after trading Kadarius Toney to the Kansas City Chiefs last week for a pair of 2023 draft picks. Despite sitting pat at the trade deadline, the Giants still have positions that need to be filled on their roster, namely wide receiver. Giants general manager Joe Schoen has left the door open for Odell Beckham Jr. to sign and reunite with the G-Men.

Odell Beckham Jr. played for the Los Angeles Rams last season, earning the first Super Bowl ring of his career. OBJ was a mainstay of the Giants offense from 2014 to 2018, where he made the epic one-handed catch against the Dallas Cowboys. The potential addition of Odell Beckham Jr. to the Giants would not only strengthen the wide receiver room, but it would also provide the Giants with a vocal leader on offense who could become a consistent target for quarterback Daniel Jones.
