Ulcerative Colitis Complete Remission | The Role of Soluble Fiber

I have been able to achieve clinical and endoscopic remission from Ulcerative Colitis by nutritionally optimizing my gut microbiome. Soluble fiber has been a big part of optimizing the gut microbiome for me. Here is the science as to why it's helpful, and why other types of fiber may cause issues when healing.
