True Freedom From Ulcerative Colitis

After achieving complete remission from Ulcerative Colitis by nutritionally optimizing the gut microbiome, I have been able to live a normal life. This is just a glimpse of the freedom I am able to live with now that I'm no longer sick. I get to eat anything and everything I want as long as I continue to consistently regulate and maintain an optimized gut microbiome.
