William Tompkins is known as an author to many, but he did so much more in his lifetime.

Engineer at Douglas Aircraft Company where a secret think tank he was officially part of the Apollo program and unofficially involved in so much more.

Tompkins was also in the Navy and was involved in the most interesting things ever associated with the US Navy.
