Live: Fed Chair Jerome Powell's FOMC Press Conference

Federal Reserve Chairman Jerome Powell's press conference following the Fed's October FOMC meeting and the expected hike to the fed funds rate. The market is expecting a 75 basis point rate hike while many have speculated that Powell will "pivot" and forecast a smaller 50 bps hike for December. At the press conference Powell will likely be pressed for details about future rate hikes and the unwinding of the Fed's balance sheet (quantitative tightening), inflation, and the ability of the Federal Reserve to engineer a "soft landing."
