WTF5 - Should the CHO be indemnified for his actions for the last two years?

Another WTF Moment of the Day

They're trying to pass a bill where the CHO and his minions will be indemnified for any of the actions they have taken over the last two years.

What do you think?

Do you think they should be responsible for actions that have decimated businesses and livelihoods. Forced people to take an experimental drug they didn't want. which in some instances caused severe side effects which are life changing and including heart conditions will stay with some forever.

How anyone should be indemnified for a death is beyond me.
