Totally IrresistibLe Apple Cinnamon Muffins

Ingredients
Blueberry muffin mix
3 cups chopped apples
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/3 cup coconut oil or oil of choice
2/3 cup water
3 eggs

For streusel topping
5 tbsp almond flour
Pinch of salt
3 tbsp sweetener
2 tbsp cold butter
1/2 tsp cinnamon

Instructions
Preheat oven 350° F
Line muffin tin and lightly grease
Beet, eggs, oil, and water. Add muffin mix stir until combined.
Pour into muffin tin
Bake at 350° F for 35 to 45minutes
