I was thinking of uploading my 107.5 Kgs heavy single before this, as it did move a bit better than last week; but I accidentally deleted it. OOPS. My forearm and tricep tendons were feeling a bit touchy/strained today, so I decided to dig out my elbow sleeves, to try and help alleviate some of the stress. I am not sure if helped all that much, but whatever, haha.
