Pickle Your Chicken & Wrap it with Bacon... AMAZING #partyfoods

Dirty bird chicken bites are boneless skinless chicken brined in pickle juice for 1 hour, then cut into bite sized pieces and wrapped in bacon and seasoned with your favorite hot seasoning. Then on you pellet smoker or any other grill we will cook these at 275 degrees F until we reach a minimum internal temp of 165 degrees before enjoying these with your favorite BBQ sauce. Pull them and let rest for 10 minutes and then enjoy!
