This is insane. Retired Lt. Col Doug Macgregor says that up to 40% of the weapons the United States provided to Ukraine might have already been sold on the black market. Also says that the US Boots on the ground are not inspectors, but rather an advance party scouting potential troop deployments...this is bad.
