In an ad produced by The American Principles Project targeting Sen. Catherine Cortez-Masto, Dr. Miriam Grossman outlines that there is an "explosion" of kids declaring that they're transgender.

A narrator then comes in claiming that Cortez-Masto, Nevada Gov. Steve Sisolak, and President Biden "Support policies pushing dangerous transgender drugs and surgeries on kids, taking away parental rights."
