Hurricane Katrina--Weather Modification

In 2005, New Orleans was hit by Hurricane Katrina 💥 Six hours of satellite video feed was removed as they seeded the eyewall, charged the storm with EMF waves and finally steered into position using atmospheric heaters💥

The new position brings the strongest winds and rain behind New Orleans so the dams are breached from the Lake Pontchartrain side to the north, flooding nearly 75% of the city.

The first hurricane that was artificially enhanced then steered in position was done in 1947 under Project Cirrus.
