Episode - 13 Work Ethic

I use to work 9 to 5 a day before when I was starting my early 20’s on that I learned, trained, shamed, scolded, noticed, salary deducted, politisized, and then I survived because I value my work though I know I won’t be rich or wealthy in 9 to 5 a day. Now I got my own family business to run and I saw this video on Tiktok this person complains on how work policy should be and the company should abide on what He is saying on the video so what’s my point?

To be fair if you’re asking for a good life a great life and your mindset is like this’ you won’t get anywhere your only gonna find yourself whinning on how Hard life is’
And I’m not trying to shame him but if you cannot pull yourself up and always live on that bubble well too bad for you because life is not fair reality often hurts but if you surpass you will indulge at the rewards.
