Beef burger
250g ground beef onion 1/4 carrot 1 egg 1 breadcrumb 100g cooking wine 2 TBSP (30ml) light soy sauce 2 TBSP (30ml) oyster sauce 2 TBSP (30ml) salt 1 TSP (5 g) ground black pepper 1/4 TSP (about 1 g) ground chicken powder 1 TSP (5 g) sesame oil 1 TBSP (15ml)
Nutritious breakfast contents: Patty 1 hamburger bun 1 lettuce 1 slice tomato 1 slice cheese 1 slice strawberry 6 oranges 1/2 milk 1
practice
1) Pour the mince into a container, add the egg, cooking wine, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt, black pepper, chicken essence and sesame oil, and stir well.
2) Add the shredded carrots and chopped Onions. Add the breadcrumbs and mix them with the mince. Use your hands to shape the filling into patties about 8cm long and 1cm thick in diameter.
3) Pour oil into a saucepan, heat to 70%, put the Patty in the pan, change the heat to medium, fry on both sides until golden brown.
4) Open the burger bun, put a piece of lettuce, a piece of cheese, put in the fried Patty, then cut a slice of tomato (to remove the juice) on the top, and finally cover the other piece of hamburger bun.
