Ingredients:

• 1 piece of 300 g of cheese
• 500 g of ground beef
• 1 onion
• 2 eggs
• 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
• salt
• 12 strips of bacon
• 6 skewers

Method:

Season the meat with salt, paprika and chopped onion. Add the eggs and mix well to form a paste.

Cut the cheese into strips and stick it on the sticks.

Cover the cheese skewers, with the meat in a slightly thin layer. Finally, wrap the bacon strips covering the skewers.

Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 40 minutes (until the bacon is toasted.
