LEADING CAUSE OF DEATH, "UNKNOWN?"

What do you think about that the leading cause of death is unknown! Drop dead suddenly? What could be causing all these issues? Could it be Pfizer, Moderna, Johnson and Johnson or just pharmaceutical people or he could be those doctors? Did you know in Canada over 80 doctors died within a couple months?
