Again, the stalkers’ parade loitering at the entrance, this stalking started on a large scale in 2008, several times per day, every day, these gatherings also occur at the buildings next to this one, 340 E and 332 E, or at PS15. Sometimes just one, or in small groups, or large groups, undeterred, silence, loud or very loud, they remain there sometimes with their children, for short or extended periods, that can go for hours, in a number of instances, these stalkers appear intoxicated. Also, teenagers, or individuals playing, slamming loudly skateboards next to my apt or playing with balls making loud bouncing noise, basically any excuse is a good excuse. It doesn’t matter how hot and humid, or cold or rainy can be. In a number of cases, spy couples place themselves right underneath of my windows. The intention, again, is trying to get a reaction from me that would allow the cops working for the spies to arrest me. I am sure a “legitimate” explanation for this presence, has been set up, like smoking or “just talking”. All the spies at this building, 336 E, participate in some degree in this form of harassment, the most notorious, are those from the units 1B, 5B, 2C, 6A, and 2B, the super from 340 E. Also, noticeably, these individuals do not have a schedule they are link to it, 9 to 5, for example, they appear at the entrance at any hour, that is not a coincidence. Calling the police is useless, as I did at the beginning or even now, the operators redirect my calls to patrols working for the CIA, or most of the time they do not show up at all. In sum, if there is someone reliable paying attention, I get a break, in most occasions there is no one, I am left to my own devices.
