The network brings a star-studded holiday fun-filled movie, SPIRITED, to Living rooms all over the world in form of a reenactment of the popular Walt Disney movie “A Christmas Carol ‘Three Ghosts’. This movie was primarily based on “A Christmas Carol”, a nineteenth-century popular novel by CHARLES DICKENS (in 1843). The cold-hearted, selfish, and stingy Ebenezer Scrooge, the main character of the prose generated an epic animosity towards himself with his unenviable persona. The novel unravels when Scrooge is visited by three Ghosts: Christmas Past, Christ Present, and Christmas future in an attempt to change his worldview of people and worldly possessions engendered by loathsome personal aggrandizement. Suffice it to say – that is almost a cliché now in some places - lots of movies have been made from this novel. So when Apple TV threw its hat to the ring, we can only expect the best from Ryan Reynolds, Will Ferrel, Octavia Spencer, and many other stars in this soon-to-be-released Christmas Rhythm and Dance Classic.
