What ARE those things?

A sunrise-lit morning on an unusually warm and bright, early November day on Ottawa’s Rideau Canal.

Those “things”, are change rooms for ice skaters and they are about to be placed along the canal before it freezes and becomes “the world’s biggest skating rink”.

Everything is managed by Ottawa’s NCC - National Capital Commission. They keep Ottawa’s public things all spiffy and beautiful.
