Hammering at 347 E, this was the first place, back in 2007, that loud tools began to be employed at this street by the spy agencies as tools of harassment, normally during weekends, but sometimes, also during weekdays, a loud radio would also be playing. Multiple complaints are repeatedly ignored by the authorities as it happens with many, many other loud incidents.
