Trail Disappears into Hole

I always love finding trails that no one has been on for a long time. However, it can be very difficult the further into it. There is always something in it that deters adventurers from traversing through. We did see red ribbons hanging on both sides about 100 yards before it. So, I’m guessing when it has rained, it gets deep.
