In 2022 we must no longer see people as individuals with qualities

In 2022 we must no longer see people as individuals with qualities but as someone part of a group. It used to be people got acting roles or indeed any job because they were the right person. However that was not progressive and today things are much better as we now give acting jobs or indeed any job to those who fit a category even if they are not any good. Thank goodness the bad old days are passed us as when I was a kid in the 1970’s we used to turn on tv and see female and gay and black actors and actresses in tv and films and think nothing of it. Today we are in a good age where we can turn on a tv show or film and feel good that we can spot a black or gay actor and tweet to everyone how inspiring it is to see them and to point them out.
