Simple exercises that improve your body without the gym even if you have bad genetics
While the type of training you do influences your body, it might not be as much as you think. Genetics plays a major role. And while training like a powerlifter will make you bigger and more powerful than you currently are, it will not give you the same body as a world class powerlifter. Same is true with bodybuilders, sprinters or runners. The ones that are at the peak of their sport are a self-selected group of ideal genetics. You probably aren’t in that group.
However, simple compound exercises will benefit anyone, even those with poor genetics. Unless you’re trying to compete, stick with simple pushing, pulling, squatting and crunching movements to get a better body.
