Crop Circle binary 8-bit ASCII Code Reverse Speech Message

UK Cropcircle discovered Aug 21, 2002 included message.
Reverse speech examination of the binary 8-bit ASCII code starts at the center of the disk and spirals outward counterclockwise, but the disc itself would physically turn clockwise over the laser reader.
The upper case or 'CAPS' in the text forms another encoded message
which is beyond the scope of this study.
